Services are available throughout San Diego County, California. Service availability in specific areas may vary. We reserve the right to decline service in areas outside our service zone or in circumstances where service cannot be safely or appropriately performed.
Mobile Service Conditions
Mobile service requires safe, legal, and reasonable access to your vehicle, adequate working space around the vehicle, and conditions suitable for a proper installation. We reserve the right to reschedule or relocate a mobile appointment — including to our shop — if the location or conditions are unsuitable for a safe, quality installation.
Appointments
Service appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability. We will make reasonable efforts to honor confirmed appointment times. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (weather, equipment issues, parts delays, emergencies), we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at your convenience.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided by Zico Auto Glass are estimates based on the information you provide (vehicle year, make, model, trim, and glass type). Final pricing may vary if additional damage is discovered upon inspection, if the glass specified is unavailable and a substitute must be ordered, or if your vehicle requires specialized glass or additional labor not reflected in the initial quote.
We will inform you of any price changes before proceeding with the work. You are under no obligation to proceed if pricing changes are unacceptable to you.
4. Workmanship
Zico Auto Glass stands behind the workmanship of installations performed by our technicians. Specific warranty terms, coverage, and duration, if any, are provided at the time of service. Where applicable, workmanship coverage generally applies to:
- Defects in workmanship or installation
- Water leaks resulting from improper sealing
- Air leaks resulting from improper installation
Workmanship coverage does not apply to:
- Damage caused by subsequent accidents, road debris, or impact
- Damage caused by improper vehicle care or modifications after installation
- Natural wear and deterioration
- Damage caused by forces outside our control (storms, vandalism, etc.)
To ask about coverage or report an issue with an installation, contact us at (619) 627-4221. We will assess the issue and, if covered, perform the necessary correction in accordance with the terms provided at the time of service.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a successful service appointment, customers agree to:
- Provide accurate vehicle information (year, make, model, trim level)
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed-upon location and time
- Remove valuables and personal items from the work area of the vehicle before service
- Follow all post-installation care instructions provided by our technician, including any cure time required before driving
- Notify us promptly if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment
Failure to follow post-installation care instructions may affect applicable workmanship coverage for that installation.
